The Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 game sold 1 million units, which according to Activision Blizzard’s Twitter account is the fastest game to reach 1 million units sold in the entire franchise history.

The original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater which was released in 1999 sold over 350,000 units, with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2 coming in next at around 300,000 units sold.

I think it’s safe to say there is a good chance that we will see remakes of the third and fourth installments of the games and these have been a huge hit. I have thoroughly enjoyed going back in time and skating in the old stomping grounds and listening to punk rock music. Which one was your favorite?
