Yesterday Nvidia announced their 30 series of graphics cards, and to many people’s surprise, they were priced much cheaper than a lot of people anticipated. The even more shocking announcement was that the performance of the 3070 (priced around $500) is on par if not better than the 2080ti which still retails in a lot of places for over $1200.

The 3080 series which comes in around $700 looks to be much more powerful the 2080ti and promises 8k at 60 fps.
